Impatient waiting for the Harley Davidson Rocker to be finished.

Got bored waiting for the bike to be back so decided to have another crack with photoshop to see what it might look like when I get it back.

Went for a ride after work.

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

Needed to blow the cobwebs out with a quick ride after work and grabbed a couple of shots in the sunset. This is just by the Harbour in Sydney at sunset.

The rocker is going ino the workshop in a day or so.

So the rocker is booked in for it’s first service at Trivett Harley Davidson and the following is being taken away to be painted black:

Rear swing arm, upper and lower belt guard, oil tank, primary cover, primary inner cover, rocker heads, gearbox cover, instrument panel, new Heartland 19″ front fender.

At this point the front fender is going to be plain black as I don’t want a full custom paint job yet, that will have to wait for another time.

Should take a couple of weeks but will be worth the wait.

Photoshop’d the bike.

This is what the Rocker should begin to look like after the paint i’ve booked it in for and also with the new Heartland fender. The idea is to blackout everything that is currently grey and go for a bit of a nightster look. Not as extreme as the blackout bike a few posts earlier but all the same I think it adds something to it.

Now I have to decide if I want to carry on the theme of the seat of just leave that as the accent.
