Thursday, August 6th, 2009The rocker is going ino the workshop in a day or so.
Tuesday, August 4th, 2009So the rocker is booked in for it’s first service at Trivett Harley Davidson and the following is being taken away to be painted black:
Rear swing arm, upper and lower belt guard, oil tank, primary cover, primary inner cover, rocker heads, gearbox cover, instrument panel, new Heartland 19″ front fender.
At this point the front fender is going to be plain black as I don’t want a full custom paint job yet, that will have to wait for another time.
Should take a couple of weeks but will be worth the wait.
Photoshop’d the bike.
Monday, July 27th, 2009This is what the Rocker should begin to look like after the paint i’ve booked it in for and also with the new Heartland fender. The idea is to blackout everything that is currently grey and go for a bit of a nightster look. Not as extreme as the blackout bike a few posts earlier but all the same I think it adds something to it.
Now I have to decide if I want to carry on the theme of the seat of just leave that as the accent.
